Performer, songwriter & producer Boyfriend has been designing garments & trinkets for her boutique & panty line for a while, but this is her first official jaunt into the fashion realm. Inspired by her grandmother’s attic, a treasure trove of vintage patterns, fabrics & buttons, this collection is a nostalgic homage to her Granny Boo, who sewed everything her 5 kids wore in 1970s rural Alabama. Granny Boo not only cooked but also grew damn near all the food they ate. After every meal they’d take turns wiping down the oil cloth table cover before eating fresh fruit from the garden. 

A Little Something

Kelsey Brehm is the owner and operator of A Little Something, which features custom-made lingerie. She also is a costume designer for local theatre and has designed costumes for recent productions such as Rocky Horror Picture Show, Tuck Everlasting and scenes from Chicago. Formerly from Miami, Florida, she now considers New Orleans her home— a fascinating place that inspires creativity for her designs.
